Installation Direction
Before installation, eliminate twist caused by rolling when packing in order to prevent rubber or plastic to be cracked or peeled by twisting during working.
The way to eliminate twist:when one side of the compensating chain is hung on the bottom of the cabinet,run the elevator to the top side slowly, measure the chain length required,cut it,roil and wrap the left on the ground, keep it over 1meter from the ground, and hang it static for 24 hours, till all twist is released, and then hang other side. After keeping the elevator working for many days, re-check whether there is any twist or not, if still, please repeat above-mentioned work method.
The center line of dampening device should be kept in the same vertical line with the hanging point, to prevent any accidental breakdown caused by more and more friction between compensating chain and dampening device for a long term.
The minimum distance is one meter between the installation point of dampening device and the bottom of loop of compensating chain, to prevent incurvation radius too short resistance leading to cause chain broken during movenment.
The distance between the surface of under-ground tunnel and the bottom of bending compensation chain should be greater than 150mm, in order to avoid bottoming and making the compensation chain damaged.
When maintain the elevator after compensation chain operated for a period of time,need to check the balance compensation chain suspension,and adjust the suspension point and length of suspension in time.
